  1. Damn 4,000-5,000kcal!! I don't think I can eat that much without throwing up. I'm already stuffed as is with 2800-3000. How much do you weigh? Maybe I should trust my metabolism more but I definitely don't want to put unnecessary food in my system and just get gain fat.
  2. That's a good idea, I've logged it for a couple weeks or so before and it was 2800, i think i'll add 400 for a while and see what happens. I'm going to be full all day lol.
  3. Hahaha for sure, yea pretty much everyone I talk to goes, "wait what? you want to gain weight?" I eat pretty clean; mostly veggies, legumes, grains, fruits, nuts, seeds and a LOT of non-soy vegan protein (hemp/pea/rice blend). Usually 160-180g of protein and 2500-3000 calories daily. I was doing lots of bread but I think i'm allergic to gluten Maybe i should aim for more calories..?
  4. Yea that would be ideal but it's gonna be hard. I might have to bulk up past 160 then lean out to get to the ideal body fat. We'll see though! Putting on weight is insanely hard because of my metabolism/being vegan. I can lose 10lbs in like 3 weeks, but only gain 1lb in like 2-3 weeks.
  5. Agreed. Most definitely Krav, Muay and Jujitsu. Most fights end up on the ground, to ground game is crucial. Even some American Wrestling is good. Just half a year of ground game and half of year of good stand up like Muay or Krav and you'll be able to defend yourself fairly well. Peace!
  6. Yea the world would be better if gender binaries were challenged more often. "Too masculine." WOW "shouldn't become bigger than this." HILARIOUS I'm guessing they are becoming threatened by your physique. I know some buff females and my male friends are like "man...it doesn't look good". What they really mean is, "i'm insecure that she can lift more than me and run farther than i can." People are supposed to be strong!! and for the majority of human existence, males/females have been. Keep challenging the skinny/weak stereotype, thats dope! Thanks! My goals are somewhere around 160 lean-ish. I'm sitting at 135-140 now.

  10. Whats up everybody! Been at it for a little over 5 months of weight training with the help of my bad ass friend & trainer. Beginning weight = 126 Current weight = 135 I'll post before pics then afters. Is there a way to add more than 3 attachments?? Peace, Oscar
