  1. hey and welcome training looks good you can always add more or less if and when you feel you need to. i would personaly do shoulders with chest and tris as they get used quite alot when working those 2 muscles so they are already warmed up and got some blood flowing to them, and just do legs on their own but thats just personal preference all seems good either way. like the tats and piercings btw.
  2. looks good Rob how are you enjoying the training?, i must admit it some times feels nice to not go all out 1set to the death some times dont mention salmon thats one thing i really miss smoked salmon on toast.

  6. thanks for the kind words as always guys! it takes alot of weight for me to look big because im quite tall, slowly but surely getting there though. @ Rob i dont know my bodyfat % to be honest mate i was guessing 16? and defo no waxing or fake tan here @ Andi are you still using the peanut butter banana protein and oat/weetabix shakes? they are my weight gain staples hope everyone who reads is doing well

  10. still having back/shoulder niggles but working around them, just going lighter on back and chest for now, heavy on arms and legs. legs are the only thing getting HIT at the moment as i would rather train light than not at all while my back/shoulder hopefully sorts itself out. 96.6kg today. 100 here i come

  13. i used to be a big advocate of free weights but i have found in the last couple of years that i can do just aswel if not better with machines. provided the machine suits your body type. i find you can really concentrate the force and muscle stimulation totherequired area, also much easier to avoid injuries too. but like i said the machine has to be a good one and suit the mechanics of your body, bench press is the only free weight exercise i do at the moment and im making fairly good progress not saying you shouldnt use free weights ever again but they can be very useful if used properly.
  14. dont seem to get the time be here alot at the moment, been training hard and piling in the food though, weighed in at 95.7kg this morning.........onwards and upwards!
  15. i love this kinda thing, the old school 20 rep squat thing is brutal! i like to use things like this when u get a sticking point its a good way increasiing reps with a weight without having to add more and more and more volume!

  19. Hahaha it's good fun dude! Plus it really suits my cutting will obvs return to deadlifts etc eventually but I love the challenge of doing these kind of workouts All good here dude! How's things in wales? Been up to much? Had to take an extra rest day from being so busy... Really hoping to try out another workout tomorrow after work though i bets its fun mate, looks pretty damn hard though! all good here too mate thanx, not been uoto much really eating and training nothing exciting to be honest! cant wait for the summer this winter is really getting on my tits now
