  6. I made a mistake. He was putting vegans down by saying we need a large amount of concentrated protein to stimulate protein synthesis. I'm pretty sure he was talking about meat intake.. one of the functions of insulin is to store glucose as glycogen and store fat in them tissues. Does it make sense to say... if we rip the muscles fibers by doing more reps... we will need more protein?
  7. I watched a video podcast where the guy said that a protein concentrate is necessary for vegans because it boosts glucagon and insulin. Is it really necessary?
