Hey guys, I've just decided to compete in the INBA here in Australia in 7 weeks. I'm already pretty fit with minimal definition haha, but I really need to cut down as fast as possible. I'm okay with the training side of things, but as I am the only vegan in my city competing, I have no one to help me with a meal plan. Does anyone know where I can find some/can anyone on here give me some ideas? I would hugely appreciate it!
Hi everyone. Anja here from Rockhampton, Queensland. 21 year old female, so typically I want to lose weight and tone up haha. I've been a vegetarian for over 2 years, and a vegan for the last 3 months. I know this is a body building forum, but I was hoping I'd be able to lurk around for some tips and whatnot for weight loss etc. I talk to people in my town all the time, but not one other person is vegan, so I thought I might be lucky enough to get some REAL help from someone in here
