  4. pretty good!! i'm doing NASM's personal training program right now, been going to the gym pretty often and feeling great! i've been posting a bunch of progress photos lately. switched up my macros to 50/30/20 and its been working fabulously!

  6. i love vega in chocolate but it has a lot of sodium and considering i have it a few times a day, i dont want to get bloated so i stay with sunwarrior for daily and vega for workout days where i sweat a lot
  7. i've been having 3-4 servings a day and its helping so so much. i'm progressing slowly, but still progressing!

  10. same i've done 80/10/10 and i was so so bloated, and very tired all the time. i had no energy. i now do a 50/30/20 and feel much much better. i guess i'm more of a "protein type" than a "carb type"
  11. sweet i'm gonna give IT another shot. I got my bodyfat% measured last month, it said 18%, now i know it can be off by like 3%, so i'm roughly about 20% i would say, my goal is to be at around 16 or 17.
  12. I did IT for a week then just went back to eating normally. I should try calorie/ carb cycling though. Right now my macros are 50/30/20 (c:p:f) I eat about 1200 calories
  13. i need to lower my body fat even more, im getting super strong but dont see any crazy definition yet
