pretty good!! i'm doing NASM's personal training program right now, been going to the gym pretty often and feeling great! i've been posting a bunch of progress photos lately. switched up my macros to 50/30/20 and its been working fabulously! -
i love vega in chocolate but it has a lot of sodium and considering i have it a few times a day, i dont want to get bloated so i stay with sunwarrior for daily and vega for workout days where i sweat a lot

i've been having 3-4 servings a day and its helping so so much. i'm progressing slowly, but still progressing!

same i've done 80/10/10 and i was so so bloated, and very tired all the time. i had no energy. i now do a 50/30/20 and feel much much better. i guess i'm more of a "protein type" than a "carb type"
