I'm an endomorph and i find the best solution is to eat more protein, lift heavy(compound movements) look into super squats or 5/3/1 powerlifting program, and do your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

In a food procesor..
2 bunches of fresh basil
2 cloves garlic
Fistful of toasted pinenuts
Juice of 1/2 lemon
s&p
Blend and then add between 500ml to 750ml of cold pressed
Extra virgin olive oil. pour over your grains, pasta etc.... Enjoy

Go too your local indian grocery store and get some dried asafatida. Its a fermented root that's used alot in indian cuisine as an anti flatulant, It smells horrible but doesn't have a taste.
