This question came up last night when my boyfriend and I were watching Paradise Now, a movie about two men planning a suicide bombing mission.

I just voted too! Right now the poll says 48% say it should end and 45% say is should not. Still sad, who the hell is out there voting to keep it?

That is the weirdest site! I am having a hard time figuring out how much I would actually make off of each shirt. As far as I can tell I up load a pic, pick out one of their tees, and then if anyone orders it cafepress is the one who actually makes it and sends it out… right? The base price for their fitted tees is 15.99, I can get tees wholesale from American Apparel for about 7, less if I buy them by the dozen. It’s really cool that there is a web site like this, but I’m not sure that it’s for me.

Ok this is going to sound dumb… my dog is awesome! She learned the word “ball” by her self. Everything else I’ve always put forth some effort, words like “sit”, “stay”, “down”, “off”, and “heel” I really worked with her to learn. The other day I was playing with her and I said “I’m going to get your ball” and she ran to get it before I could. I thought maybe it was a fluke so later I tried again, I told her “go get your ball” and she did. I wonder how many other words she knows. One time I told her to go get my son and she did, I was really excited because I thought she knew his name, but it turned out to be a one time thing. She has 3 different balls; one big, one small, and one funny shaped one… I’m going to see if she can learn words for each of them. My dog is awesome.

I totally agree with that! I’m not sure about that… I used to work with some disabled kids and it was very frustrating, but maybe mostly for me. Some I don’t think even had a clue what was going on so I honestly don’t think that had any frustration. But you are looking at this from the stand point of an outsider. I don’t know if you are married but imagine that if you are you and your wife are expecting a child and you are both thrilled about it. In your head you can already picture what it is like to be a father, you can picture holding your new born baby, playing games and teaching them as they get older… you are in love with this child before it is even born. Then you find out that there is something wrong, and they are not going to be perfect, they are not going to be able to do the things you imagined, but you stop loving them? I think it is still vegan to be pro choice. I know that that involves killing and that is an awful thing, but I also think it is also very big of a person if they say “I cannot take care of a child properly”. It is not only looking out for their best interest but that of the child. Whereas someone who eats meat is only looking out for their best interests, because of course a pig doesn’t benefit from being someone’s bacon.

For animals (pets anyway) our society says if they can’t live a good happy life they should be put down. Do you think it’s because of a lack of understanding of how valuable life is? Or because they do value life and think that each one should get the best? Now for pro-lifers they think that no people (including the unborn) should die. Is it because they know the value of life?

I could see how a low temp could give you “brain fog”…. The lower the temp the slower things happen on a cellular level. But it should make you live longer for the same reason. I think you should check your temp with a different thermometer to see if it says the same thing. If you do normally have a low temp you should really know for sure so if you get sick you can tell your doctor what is normal for you. It is also a good idea for any one with pets to find out what their normal temps are. Back when I had my horse she got sick and I called the vet and they wanted to know what her temp was normally and I didn’t have a clue because I had never thought about taking it until then.

I was just asking because a community college by my house offers classes for both. Ideally I would make my web page as one of the first things so even if I sell shirts another way I could attach that info to it to keep my customers up dated, but I can just try selling first if I need to. Right now I am trying to keep start up costs low; I don’t know how much of a market there is for my stuff and I don’t want to invest much until I know.

Why would you say “considering society holds them”? They are physically and biologically equally responsible.

No kidding… I’m not sure we should dig that deep, or this conversation will go on and on forever! All I want to say on the issue is you cant stop women from having abortions… legal or not if a woman is desperate enough she will find someone willing to do it.

Thanks Matt, it has been a while since I ran last so I guess that might be it. When I did run before it was on a treadmill and I got the shin splints from running on a paved path…. Maybe that had something to do with it. They are feeling a little better today, I didn’t even tape them.

What do you sell?

I suffered from ovarian cysts before. Which I assume is like polycystic ovaries except for it was only one (poly meaning many). I was told that the pill would help although I’m not sure if it was to treat it or to prevent it from happening again. I was also told that it most likely happened because of an egg failing to leave my ovary and that the issues would resolve it’s self in time. It sucked! I don’t know what other reasons could cause cysts.

This is a really hard call for me, I can see both points of this argument. There is so much pro-choice for women (which is great) but you never hear about people fighting for men’s rights. At the same time it seems that people think they are living in a world were we can hit the backspace button every time some thing bad happens. There are other things that sex can cause besides pregnancy, like herpes… or AIDS, that can not be undone. Birth control is great, but I wonder if it gives people a false since of being bulletproof or takes away their personal responsibility.

$%$@ Any advice? I already taped them…. Should I take some kind anti-inflammatory something? I just bought a brand new pair of running shoes, does this mean they don’t fit right?

I saw a little bit about his on the news last night but I missed the beginning. For what I could tell this is the story. A man and a woman had sex, the woman got pregnant, she told the man, he said that he was not ready to be a father and could not afford to support a child. The woman decided she wanted to keep the child and after it was born she filled for child support. Now the man is fighting it because he says she know ahead of time that he was not going to be involved and if he were a woman he would have the right to an abortion and men should also have the right to not be forced into parenthood just as much as women. What do you guys think?

What did the doctor say to do? If you are getting it to drain I would definitely continue with the irrigation. If you can handle spicy food it might be a good idea eat some to also continue to make it drain. If I were you I would stay away from Sudafed because it dries up the mucus that is working to drain the infection out.

It probably not worth the cost but you can buy whipped cream canisters from coffee supply web sites and probably specialty cooking stores. I work at a coffee bar and this is what we use, although not for vegan whip.
