I have been Vegan for 8 years but recently started more weight training this February. I weigh 186, 5'10 with 12.6% BF. I would like any advice to get to 10% or below and with my ratios. I want to cut my carbs down (Currently btw 250-355) I want a 40:40 ratio but it seems hard to get my protein without all the carbs. Any advice?
