Hey! I'm looking into seeking out a competition coach. I want to do more lifting & tone up, & have seem to hit a wall, not sure if it's my training or eating habits. I have a long way to go but we all got to start somewhere. I was hoping to find someone local but am willing to also find an online coach. Was hoping someone could recommend a coach. Thanks!
I do take a vegan protein powder after my workouts. I do crossfit, running, yoga, etc. Recently I've upped my weight a decent amount & have been thinking from its effects on my body that I might need a further recovery method. Does anyone have any suggestions on a recovery drink/meal?
