Ive been training hard since last November. Ive been 100% Vegan for 5 months. Oh, Im 52. Ive been re-inventing myself after 30 years of running that include 3 marathons. During my distance running I was under 160 lbs and looked un-healthy, very thin legs and forearms. Currently Im 196 lbs with roughly 13%BF. I have made good progress and have some goals to increase my size, while controlling body fat, the usual stuff, thats me and Im frisky
