  1. If you don't like the texture, try putting it in the freezer for 1.5 to 2 hours. That's the way I eat it
  2. I've tried the "no egg" product. Just made my pancakes gooey and couldn't get them to cook through. I've tried "chia eggs". Works better, but still not like egg whites did (when I ate them).
