Some women have severely asymmetrical breasts and cosmetic surgery can greatly improve their confidence. Even if they don't have a physical deformity if implants would help their confidence and happiness it shouldn't matter that others might consider as vanity I see no problem with it whatsoever.

My name is Katrina I'm originally from NY but live in KY currently. My husband and I went vegan almost a year ago and we both love working out. I've lost 90 lbs so far and he's lost somewhere around 70. We have a German Shepherd named Ruby and a Greyhound/Lab mix named Charlie, I also just took in a kitten I found under a gas stations shed a few months ago (apparently he rode there in some guys engine). I went to school for cosmetology and got my license to practice in NYS, but I have gone back to school for environmental engineering. My husband is in the Army and we are currently going through our second and final deployment together. Needless to say I am very happy I'll never need to worry again.
