  1. Hi All, I am new to this website. I grow up vegetarian. About 4 years back I started eating meat so that I can get enough protein to lean down. Now, I am in one of my worst shape. I am looking forward to build muscle and lean down. I am looking for Nutrition and Exercise advice. Current Stats - Height: 5Ft 10 Age:35 Body weight: 210 lbs Body Fat: 33% (according to the Tanita scale) I have been losing 5 lbs and gaining it back it has been a cycle. I have hypothyroidism. I want to be 180lbs with 10% body fat. Is there a exercise and nutrition plan that can be followed? I am ready to buy products and do have gym membership. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
