  1. I think what is key is to get a protein that is delicious. I wasted so much money trying proteins from local stores and sites, hated them all. I use only the rice protein isolate from True Nutrition. It's bulk and you can add whatever flavors you like. It's also in bulk so it's WAY CHEAPER! I think I found that site years ago when it used to be called True Protein and I did some Googling. Now I recommend it to everyone I meet. I've also had the pea protein from there, but it's a thicker consistency so I prefer the pea protein.
  2. I personally have found success with True Nutrition (TrueNutrition.com). I've tried a lot of different kinds, and that online place is cheap and you can choose your flavors/additives. It's bulk, so it's much cheaper. The only negative is relatively expensive UPS ground shipping from California to Boston. They are smart and have a whole "Vegan Protein" section. They've got lots of various kinds. If I hadn't found a good protein mix, I wouldn't have been able to train for my competition, because if something tastes bad, I simply won't eat it, so what's the point.
  3. Hi Saduone, I used one of the major online fitness competition coach companies in Massachusetts for mine, but I found like most of it was trial an error for me because there wasn't much guidance. I did blog about what I did to lean out. I don't have my show pictures up there anymore (but can provide if you want), but I have my progress photos and the diet structure and ideas that I created myself. I only did 1 show, then fell off wagon for 3 years. I am starting back up but I won't be doing tofu anymore, as it didn't agree with me and I had a few almost accidents I don't know how much information you already have, but here's the link. http://veganfitnesscompetition.blogspot.com/
