  1. Hey Mini Forklift, Its been almost a year (wow) and I have been up and down with training.. Stuck with it for the last couple of months and seeing progress so I think that I'm back on track. Just wondering if you have a Facebook page or something that we could connect on? Thanks, Ed
  2. Can anyone give me some advice about whether or not I should be taking Creatine? I have not longer started working out at the gym but I am going 4-5 times a week, mainly strength training with weights but a little cardio to start. I am 6'4 and weigh 71kg. Slowly gaining a bit of weight since starting. I have upped my carbs and protein daily. I take Clean Lean Protein everyday as well as b12 and flaxseed and vitamin c every other day but that's all for supplements. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
  3. Hey, I can give you a little bit of advice as I am in a similar boat. I have difficulties gaining weight but I have noticed a couple of things that have helped me. I have a fast metabolism as well and just encourage you to stay consistent and don't give up! 1. Increased your daily intake of calories, make sure that you are taking in more energy than you are putting out. Try things like protein shakes, smoothies (loaded with fruit and raw nuts/seeds), porridge, grain etc. 2. Weight training - If you are not going to a gym I would suggest trying that out as well. i have not been going for very long but have already noticed a difference in my body. Gained weight slightly. (Once again be careful that you are consuming enough food throughout the day). Anyway, just a few pointers but I am sure the others on here will have much more to say than me. if you have any questions feel free to message me!

  5. Hey everyone! I have been vegan for over 4 years and have just started working out at the gym. Does anyone here have any advice for a newbie like me? Looking for tips on nutrition and a work out plan also. I have been going 4-5 times a week and been having protein shakes most days that I have been working out as well. I have a pretty high metabolism and am 6'4 and 65kg so am worried about loosing weight although its pretty steady. Any advice would be great! Keen to learn more!
