Breakfast: Oatmeal, chia seeds, soy milk Almond milk, cocoa powder, with a scoop of protein powder. Lunch: Banana, pear Dinner: Lightlife sausage, hot dog bun, horseradish, mustard, catchup, relish. 224.2 at 9:15 am Should make some brunch. Stayed up late, and succumb to the temptation of much of the three bean salad. Brunch: Waffle of wheat, buckwheat, amaranth, olive oil, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, water. http://i55.tinypic.com/6z7igx.jpg and one quarter more, someone didn't finish. More 3 bean! 224.6 lbs at 6:15 am Breakfast: Bowl of frozen mixed vegetables (microwaved). Orange juice with a scoop of protein powder. Lunch & breaks: Small mixed fruit bowl (grapes, honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple), 1 qt. carrot juice, 3 liters water. 223.2 lbs at 5pm. Attacked old rusty weights in the back yard, haven't been handled in years. Had eighty on the 20 years old Sears bar, with the rusty laser cut 1 inch Plate Steel. Overhead Press x10 Took it down to 40 lbs Messed around with the bar: mixed up some sets of reps both standing and sitting of curls, presses, wrist curls, reverse curls, triceps press, Push ups 2x10 Shower and cooking. Working on a whole head of organic raw broccoli, dipped on Russian dressing. (forgive me it's awesome). Gonna make some three bean salad, for tomorrow. Apple cider vinegar, olive oil, agave syrup (from the Weber Azule plant), garlic, onions, celery, dried thyme, and sweet basil, iodized salt (I gotta find that bag of that seaweed jerky). That salt should add some weight, also have no work until Tue. so I'm sure I'll gain some back. Tastes good to me. Better half of a large sweet mango. Dreamy!

Sad how people can grow up having such little respect for life. Defenseless little puppies, very, very sad. Karma will balance out the equation.
