Hi, I've been vegan (with one or two slip ups in the early years ) since the Autumn of 2000. I'm from Dublin originally (hence my name) but I now live in England. I've recently got serious about putting on some muscle and building strenght. My goals for 2008 are to increase my Deadlift from 42.5 kg to 80kg, my Benchpress from 37.5kg to 65kg and my Squat from 42.5kg to 80kg. My body weight is around 65kg and I'd ideally like to add 20kg to this.
