  1. I think my caloric intake is still too low - so larabars help me out there. I never used to eat bars - they make me feel very guilty. I emailed them, but i don't expect them to take it serious.

  3. It doesn't look like a pit, and its far too hard to be a shell.

  5. This isn't the first time this has happened to me with larabars. But, with previous experiences I was able to distinguish that the unpleasant object was either a shell, or pit.
  6. Earlier, I was driving home from the store, and indulging on a delicious pistachio larabar. Nearing the end, I peeled back the wrapper to take the final bite. I chomped down. A sharp pain shot through my body stopping me dead in my tracks. It felt as though my molar had been shattered into bits. It looks like a bone fragment. It's very hard which leads me to believe it's not a shell. Maybe Im underestimating I want to write the company, but I'm unsure of the approach. Although compensation would be nice, I'm more concerned with identifying what this is.

  14. Can you post an example of your diet, and training routine? I know how discouraging it can be not seeing results. I've been struggling to put on mass for sometime. Finally, I feel like I'm starting to make some progress. Personally, I had a problem with eating/getting enough calories. I was busting my ass training, but eating like a ballerina. Take a breath, sort out your diet, and keep lifting heavy. I'm sure you're tired of hearing that, but it's true.

  16. I've wanted to visit California, and the west coast for as long as I can remember. San Francisco sounds great. I've never been there, but from what I've seen,read, and heard from friends I've deemed it my next home. I've been saving up, and selling all my stuff. Hopefully by summer I'll be heading out there. As of right now I have no idea what I'll do, or where to live, but it's a plan I intend to follow through with. So, anyone with knowledge of San Francisco please share. Jobs, housing, transportation, etc.
  17. I don't really have any. Just eat lots, and eat clean. When I started I was a sickly 118lbs. at 5' 9". I'm around 132lbs. now, but I still look like a scrawny turd.

  22. I went to another dentist today for a second opinion, and he also suggested I have the two root canals. With a crown they're going to cost me around $1,200 each. I've been doing some research on extractions as an alternative. Has anyone been faced with this dilemma?
