  1. I read that too, however I've never had durian, but imagine it smells pretty horrible. But it kinda taste like babalu bubble gum

I think most of the raw food people are scammers.They sell their products at really high prices,when if you really think about it you can get the same stuff at lower prices.Example Wolfe ,and Jubb.They cash in on peoples hope of being cured of something, and a healthier life. Example Goji berries,$15lb,You could get like 20 or more apples for that price.

I tried gaining weight also,i ate tons of avacadoes,pumpkin seeds,almonds,walnuts,it still didn't work I was around 125lbs before going raw.Then after being raw i was 110lbs which is kinda weird for someone being 5'9 Floopy, sounds like the low energy you were suffering from could of been from excess fat consumption. Avocado is over 50% fat, and all nuts and seeds are over 50% fat. And fat is 9 calories per gram, where as carbs are 4 calories per gram. Do the maths, but I wouldn't be surprised if 50-60% of your daily calories were coming from fat, no wonder your body was going hay wire. Imagine eating a cooked diet with that much fat, you'd feel sick. Just my thoughts, dont mean to be rude. Mike Yeah but i was also consuming tons of apples,pears,oranges,and other fruits far more than i did with fatty foods like avacadoes.

  6. ^^^ That really good advice.I was raw for about 6months.Its felt good at first but after 4months or so my body started going hay wire.Dislocated Knee,got really really skinny,lost of strength,low energy.Not to discourage you but everyones body is different,and it works for some and it doesn't for others.

Monday:Food 9am:Tea/ Probiotics 9:30am:Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal Apple,Pear,and Grapes Lunch Blueberry,Cocoa Shake, Broccoli,Rice,Asparagus. Dinner Tofu Stir Fry Ing:Mushrooms,Asparagus,Tofu,Broccoli,Rice. Snacks:Pears,Apples,and Mangoes. Workout: 40 Lap run 30 laps medium pace,10 Laps Sprints. Running Up Stairs. 7stairs X 60times. Calf Raises One leg Raises Each leg 3 Sets of 20 Both Legs 3 sets with 20lbs Free Weights Lunges :3 Sets Of 15 On Each Leg Squats:3 Sets Of 15 On Each Leg After I Just Stretch And Going On With My Day. Night Workout 3 Sets Of 20 Push Ups 3 Sets Of 100 Crunches 3 Sets Of Shoulder Struges With 20LBS Then Some Resistance Bands,And Curls.Then I Went To Sleep. That was the end of Monday.
