  3. Can you tell what you eat? A sample? And how about your callistenics training, can you tell what your program consists? You are very ripped, congrats!
  4. I see many people, include myself that have difficulty to gain weight, and loose weight quickly. I normally eat: Oats, Banana, Soy Milk, Lentils, peas, Rice, Pasta, flax seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, broccoli, peanut butter, nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, etc.. My weight don't go over 71 kg... I eat to much fiber maybe. This foods, maybe are dissolving very quickly. I daily do 5 or 6 times poop. Everything i eat maybe are leaving out my organism. How many times do you do poop? I can't gain weight doing poop this times....

  6. I tried in this lasts days a HCLF, and i improved my digestion. - No oils - No nuts and seeds Just carbs and protein. Some foods like oats can cause bloating issues. Other thing that helped my digestion was the mono meal, one ingredient. Example Lunch: Only Lentils with salt Dinner: Only Quinoa with salt Juices/smoothies, don't work with my digestion.

If you don't want fat, remove the snack. . Coconut oil is good for brain, especial brain fog. If you eat eggs, you can add 1 raw yolk egg in the snack 1 and another in the snack 2, and remove the nuts. This is very cheap, and this forum is about vegan style. BREAKFAST Carbs: 6 Bananas Lunch Protein: Two can of beans Dinner 160 g of Rice or pasta Cals: 1583 Protein: 57,19 Carbs: 316, 75 Fat. 8,33 Need some fat right? Maybe adding 2 spoons of olive oil in the rice or in the beans? I can add greens in the dinner.. I'm doing callistenics about a year... What do you think?
