I am coming up to my 1 year vegan birthday I lost 10kg after going vegan, but I had no muscle and wasn't toned. So the last 2 months I have been weight training and I have put on 3 kg (I'm hoping it is muscle). I really want to improve on my strength and finally get be confident in my body. I do not know any other vegans personally and sometimes need some inspiration in terms of food and fitness.
