Do any of you add raisins to your protein shake? Adding 100g of raisins will give me around 300 calories, which will make bulking up and adding calories easier. However, they have a ton of sugar (about 59g in 100g of raisins). Would this be beneficial to consume after a workout? I know people add dates to their shakes, but they are generally more expensive and are not as easy to blend in a standard blender. Thanks.
