  1. Hi all .... Im Alexandru and I started vegetarian for muscle gain but I can find any way to be healthy on this vegan program. I need daily at least 120gr protein from food..... I was eating in this time oats, chickpeas,lentil some brocoli and vegetable but I get sick from my first day. I get bored, bloated, my teeth have some tartar buildub after I eat this meals ....... So how to not get sick or bored as vegan? Hovewer I researched about phytic acid in some books and they say this will block absorbtion of mineral in body. Any comment or opinion will be wellcome
