  2. Hey all, here is my super easy, healthy, tasty and cheap pancake recipe. Check the video below Ingredients 60g Quick Oats 1 Large Banana 60ml Soy Milk Cinnamon to taste Coconut oil (for cooking) Nutritional Information Protein: 10.7g Carbs: 66.5g Fat: 6.8g Calories: 388kcals Step 1: Preheat your pan on a medium heat and peel and mash your banana inside of a large mixing bowl Step 2: Add your oats, cinnamon and half of your soy milk and mix together with a fork. Step 3: Add the remaining soy milk and continue to mix with fork. Step 4: Spray your pan with coconut oil and spoon the mixture into the pan one by one. Step 5: After about 2 minutes you can flip each mini pancake (ensure that the bottom is golden first). Step 6: Cook for a further minute on the flipped side - cook remaining mixture. Step 7: Plate pancakes, add toppings (sugarless maple syrup in my case) and enjoy!
  3. Hi everyone, my name is Andres and I've been vegan for over 3 months now. Since making the change all I've wanted to do is to educate and inspire others to do the same. It's amazing what we've been told our entire lives and how much of it is a lie. I never thought I'd be able to make the change to a plant based diet and give up meat! I've been bodybuilding for 3 years but training for about 6 years now. Going vegan has increased my energy levels dramatically and made me feel better all round. As I mentioned above I want to educate and inspire people so what I've been doing is writing a blog and started making videos on YouTube.
