Hi, I'm new here, but not really. I used to be on this forum daily, contributing my thoughts, workouts, etc, but then social media took over. However, I'm back ten years later, and hopefully this forum, which my friend RC began will become great again, because personally I've had it with all other social media platforms, and yet I need a safe place where I can gather good information on vegan recipes, workout plans, etc. It's good to be back!
