About Me

I've been following a whole foods plant based lifestyle for the past 20+ years.

I love being active, and participate in many different sports - ice hockey, muay thai kickboxing, running, swimming, snowshoeing, rock climbing, and weight training are some of my favourites.  These days (since pandemic restrictions) I've been really following AthleanX and doing the Xero workouts at home every morning, and running or doing other activities later in the day.

Glad to have finally joined this community, as I've followed Robert and other vegan athletes (Brendan Brazier and Rich Roll in particular) for many many years now.

Hoping to connect with some other plant-based athletes to share some insights, training and nutrition advice, and make some new plant-based athlete friends.
