Common reasons behind this error code are a damaged or bent FFC cable, or a malfunctioning Formatter Board or Main Board. The best way to resolve the error 0x9a is to replace the FFC cable. This can be done by opening the printer, locating the FFC cable, and replacing it with a new one.
