Hi everyone! I'm Alicia, from the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I've been vegan for 4 years (was vegetarian for about 6 before that). I haven't done any weight training with any seriousness in several years. I mostly play occasional tennis right now, but I'm planning to get back to a structured work out program.
