  1. For calfs sprinting up stairs is a very good to put on muscle. My calfs are still pretty big from when I'd run up hills and stairs.
  2. You can post an intro for me, just tell them something funny... Sound good comrade?
  3. Only managed 28 reps at bodyweight(70kg) today, wasn't feeling my best. I think I could do more on a better day, but we'll just have to wait and see.
  4. Hey, I've done 25 reps at 75kg, and I weight 70kg, so put down I can do 25 reps at bodyweight please
