Hi JTP, I just logged onto to do some research about putting some muscle on my skinny frame. Man. We have the same body. Mine's just a little older. Anyway, I also live in SF and am interested in finding a trainer and someone who is very knowledgeable about vegetarian lifestyle. Let me know how it's going with you. If you find a good routine or someone local to work with it would be great to have some direction. Good luck. David
