The porpouse of this topic is to keep a log of what is going to be my progress. I have been vegetarian for 10 years and vegan for the last year. I am 5'7 tall, 165 pounds (more or less) and I have around 20% BF. Now, MY GOAL is this: 176,5 pounds, 5 to 10% BF, and I want to mantain my agility, since it is very important for me. I took it easy since it was the first day afetr 6 weeks of complete procrastination. This is what I did today: DAY 1 [7-20-08] today I weight 162 pounds (lost a lot!!) 3x50 jumping jacks10 Burpees 3x20 Ball sit-up12 each sie Oblique bridge rise20 reverse curl Lat pull down 12x130Bent over lateral rise 10x101 min restLat pull down 10x140Bent over lateral rise 10x101 min rest10 pull ups wide gripBent over lateral rise 10x10 30 minutes cardio elliptical. 170 bpm (80% maximum HR) and thats it for today. I feel really tired and pissed off cos I was in much better shape only a month and a half ago... I gotta catch up and improve. Anyways, thanks for stopping by!
