hello all I am a female vegan for over 2 years, 1 year of vegetarianism before that. I am passionate about nutrition and optimum health. I weight-train, I swim, I run, I do lots of CV including "spinning" classes, I am doing a hlaf marathon and a mountain marathon later this year and I have just bought a mountain bike. I love mountain climbing / scrambling / hiking / camping. I am an ex-gymnast of 13 years, an avid experienced skiier also. I came to investigate the new format of this forum from veganfitness.net !!
