  1. Hi! I'm new on the forum,and i need help with this i used to work out and then i quit because i've got a job that filled my time,and then i started loosing all my gains,with that i lost all my motivation.the problem is that i should be eating to every 3 or 2 hours and i cannot do that while im working,its a part time job so i cant eat for at least five hours,i haven't got the right to have breaks from it.besides its takes a lot of me. so my question is,how can i compensate that void in my diet?
