  1. Hey guys, I have been vegan for about half a year, and recently became raw vegan. I eat mostly fruits now with a bit of veggies, but I would still love to incorporate my raw vegan protein shakes, and with a show coming up in 12 weeks I am desperate for a good answer. Is it good to have fruit and protein shakes together? or should I have fruits alone, and my shakes alone?
