I joined this forum to get some advice from fellow vegans about bodybuilding as I've recently started working out. I've been vegan for about 9 months, and I've been hitting the gym for almost a month now. I'm still trying to get the nutrition part down as well as I can, but eating enough calories seems to be my main issue. From browsing the forum so far, I can see you're all very helpful with giving advice, so I thought I'd join. It's nice to know I won't have to dodge the usual anti-vegan broscience comments and whatnot on a vegan bodybuilding forum.
