Heres the plan!(BBB means for me the same exercise but 50%-60% of my max 5x10 repetitions) Monday: Military Press plus BBB Tuesday: Deadlift plus BBBWednesday: Bench press plus BBBThursday: Squat plus BBBFriday: Bent over Barbell Rows plus BBB Additionally, while searching through the net, I found a webpage on how to do a hundred push-ups in six weeks and yes sir, I accept the challenge!
