kel Posted September 21, 2005 Share Posted September 21, 2005 hey, i want to have a good running program with some very basic toning ideas to.basicaly i want to lose weight and tone my tum,and legs.i want a easy to follow plan, a few excercises and running.i tried my local gym and he told me like 20 different things to do which put my off instantly!!!! any one have any ideas? i was thinking of 30 mins running 4x a wk plus some squats and light weight excercises. How old are you, bodyweight, height, what does your previous exercise look like and so on. It's a good idea to combine running with weights in order to get fit and lose fat.
