C.O. Posted January 12, 2012 Share Posted January 12, 2012 I heard rowing was intense and a really effective workout. I've never tried it out. Is it pretty self explanatory or is there alot to proper technique to master? Have been thinking about jumping on one at the gym.... Suggestions?
