robert Posted May 8, 2005 Share Posted May 8, 2005 I took some time off after my April 23rd show to relax and to catch up on work. I had to work a bunch of 12-hour days to make up for time I requested off for my competition and my trip up to Seattle for the Emerald Cup. So now I begin new preparation for my September 3rd bodybuilding contest. I was going to compete on July 9th, but I won't be able to get time off from work, based on all the other time off requests I've had. I'll list my style of training soon.
