What are your Macros when Bodybuilding?

I want to make sure I'm on the right track. What macros do you usually go by when bulking and cutting, are they about the same?

 

I'm on a bulk right now taking in 2500 on off days and 2800 to 3400 on training days.

 

For me, I have noticed it's really hard to have a low fat diet with Vegan.

 

Mine varies, but here is what I normally do

 

40-45% Carbs

30%~ Protein

35%~ Fats

 

 

Fats seems to always follow the protein. For example, if I have any nuts, the fat will follow. Should I worry about it?

 

What are your macros?
