Incline Chest Press16x40 15x40 14x40Triceps Overhead14x20 14x20 13x20Barbell Chest Press15x35 13x35 13x35Triceps Dip9 8 8Chest Press Machine14x50 18x50 15x50 18x50Triceps Press (Rope)11x55 14x50 13x50 15x50Pec Deck12x10 11x13 12x13 I didn't do cardio today and I supersetted weights because I was in a hurry. I did work in my yard today for 1.5 hours, so hopefully that takes the place of cardio!!! Diet was pretty much on trackM1: Tofu ScrambleM2: Cantaloupe and crackersM3: Protein ShakeM4: Bean Tacos on corn tortillas & guacamole I didn't eat as much as I usually do.
