Hello! New to the board, not new to lifting

Hey guys! I have been a vegan for about 6 years. I actually saw a cow get slaughtered alive which brought me on my journey to becoming a vegan!

 

I've bulked to about 90 kg at my height last year and continued to cut down to about 75kg. Here is some progress pics I have saved on my PC !

So there is my progress last year. I usually bulk with foods like protein shakes (non animal derived)

 

Some times I get bad and go on a spree of having meat (burgers, hot dogs, ect) but then I make it come back out if you know what I mean. I know it's bad of me but I'm working on it with a counseler because I love animals so much and I don't want to eat them !

 

Also I eat a lot of vegetables and cookies and other products that aren't from animals like toast and cookies, hmm what else oh yeah some times i have cheese and spinach and also tomato soup and chips

 

I'm kind of bad at picking the right foods to get in enough nutrition so that may be why I've only gained about 40-50 pounds of pure muscle
