I travel nearly every week and I use facebook from my BlackBerry and constantly post updates about where I am. I always carry Vega and Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness clothing with me and hook people up all over the country because everywhere I go, forum members host me, house me, or meet up for dinner, etc. So anyway, aside from the forum, facebook is a great place to find me and keep in touch. I keep in touch over 100 forum members via facebook, but obviously there are many more I could be in touch with. Just search Robert Cheeke and say hi I'm off to Hawaii next, then Florida, then Vancouver, B.C. and then probably L.A. area, etc. I'd love to meet up.
