Shop for the Chimps, Sunday, December 7th!

A percentage of sales at the entire vegan minimall on Sunday the 7th will go to our buddies at Chimpanzee Sanctuary NW. The chimps would appreciate it greatly if you stocked up on Sunday, maybe some Xmas shopping? We'd all appreciate it too.

 

Dinner for the Doggies, Friday, December 12th!

Movie for the Pigs, Sunday, December 14th!

Next benefit movie night is December 14th and we're showing Scrooged! Despite the wording in the previous line, money will not go to the police but to Pigs Peace Sanctuary, who deserve some extra dough. The Artistery, 4315 SE Division, 8pm, $3. Yay! Bring your pals, it's a movie, c'mon.

 

Let Live Series #3, Culinary Activism w/ Isa Moskowitz, Sunday the 28th!

Isa is gonna be putting in some work this month, so the least you can do is show up and see her do her thing. She'll be discussing another way in which we can work animal advocacy into our lives, through our cooking and stuffing our vegan foods in the mouths of unexpecting meat eaters, or something like that. For more actual details, just show up. 1pm, PSU Campus, Smith Memorial Union, Room 238. Free and open to all.

 

And least importantly, we have some new products that would be nice for an Xmas present, like our cute boxes of Sjaak's peanut butter filled chocolate snowmen and Nicole George's 2009 mini calendars and hoodies and gift certificates and everybody loves a good book about animal research sold at wholesale cost!
