How does my diet look? should I change anything7:00am 1 Serving Vega with 2 bananasAround 8:45 I do a 5 mile run then drink some coconut waterThen around 10:00 I have 4 slices of spouted bread with some almond butter2:30. 2 slices of bread with protein shake4:30 I lift weights and after I drink a protein shake5:30 Beans and lots of green veggies 8:30pm Some more mixed veggies with a protein shake Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
