How is my diet, should I change anything

I am a 22 female I am looking to build some good muscle in my arms. How does my diet look? should I change anything7:00am 1 Serving Vega with 2 bananasAround 8:45 I do a 5 mile run then drink some coconut water

Then around 10:00 I have 4 slices of spouted bread with some almond butter

2:30. 2 slices of bread with protein shake

4:30 I lift weights and after I drink a protein shake

5:30 Beans and lots of green veggies

8:30pm Some more mixed veggies with a protein shake
