Vegan "protein pancakes"

Hey Everyone,

 

I'm wondering if anyone has a good recipe for protein pancakes that is vegan. I am trying to find a way to disguise my protein powder in other foods (so other recommendations are also highly appreciated).

 

This is a "recipe" I have seen for non-vegan protein pancakes, but it isn't clear to me how to veganize it:

Protein pancakes- Cottage cheese (if able to do dairy), egg white, protein powder, some sweetner and cinnamon, blend together and cook like a pancake.

 

What do you guys think?

If you google "vegan protein pancakes" you get some results and it seems as you can take any vegan pancake recipe and just add protein powder.

It would be cool to see people post more recipes. Basically everyone uses protein powders and I bet some of you are tired of using it in shakes only.

Oh thanks for the links and suggestions. Yeah, I am getting sick of my pea protein/rice mix. it'd be great to hide some scoops in other foods.

 

I hope more people post!

 

The only thing I've done is put it in oatmeal, but for me, oatmeal is already so dense that this makes it really filling and hard to finish for me personally.

The Thrive Diet book by Brendan Brazier has about 7 protein pancake recipes if you want to check that out. Also, not sure what protein powder you are using but I mostly use Vega and I just sub it out on a 1 to 1 ratio to flour in a recipe. However you can't take all of the flour out and just use powder you need to use both.

 

For the recipe example you have above I would sub tofu or bananas for the cheese, ground flax seeds for the egg, dates or agave for the sweeter.
