IS MY PROGRAM GOOD????

hi

 

im 33 been training on anf off most off since i was 16.. im from an old school waight/powerlifting gym.

 

i use to do 140kg in bench and 200 in dead lift, bund never really cared about getting cut.

 

have had a break from training 3 years, maybe just went 1 time a week some times only ONE(LOL) time a month to do bench/ and deadlift , just trained very short

 

but i finaly decided i wanna get cut to the bone and get in good shape be abel to run 10km with out problem.

 

my program now:

 

day 1

bench 5/5

squat 5/5

a pull down to chesh 5/5

 

45 min cardio

 

day 2 :

 

abs 3/12

calves 2/12

 

45 min cardio

 

day 3:

 

deadlift 5/5

mili press 5/5

squat 5/5

 

45min cardio

 

day 4

 

abs 3/12

arms 3/12

 

45 min cardio

 

day bench 5/5

squat 5/5

rows 5/5

 

45 min cardio

 

day 6: cardio 45-60 min

 

day 7: 45-60min cardio

 

eat less 6 times a day try to get 30g protein at every meal(plus going from a lacto-veggie diet to a vegan)

 

how dose that look to you guys?????whould u do something different???

 

my play is to look good LOL , loose about 20kg i think
