G'day from Australia!

Hello. my name is Lauren, and I live in Australia, Brisbane.

 

I've never really liked meat, I've been more of a legume and nut girl. And I totally don't like the animal cruelty. So that's why I've decided to go vegan.

 

ABOUT ME:

I am 20kg overweight. I would love to lose this weight in 3months, and I know that this can be done if I put my mind to it. A big problem that I have is that I lack discipline and willpower from it comes to dieting. Any advice or personal experieces to help me with my willpower would be greatly appreciated.

 

I am 4'11" so being 20kg overweight is not very good for my height.

 

HEIGHT: 4'11"

CURRENT WEIGHT: 68kg

IDEAL WEIGHT: 48kg

GOAL DATE TO REACH WEIGHT: 4th January 2010

DIET: Vegan

 

10 FOODS I'D BE HAPPY TO LIVE ON:

1/Avocado,

2/spinach,

3/ chickpeas,

4/Macedamia nuts,

5/ Pecans,

6/Lentils,

7/Oats,

8/Mango

9/ Fallafel kababs

10/ Organic dark chocolate

Hey Lauren,

Welcome to the forum, you'll find heaps of good info on here concerning diet and training programs.

If you need inspiration, check out the before and after photos progress photos.

Guess you'll have to stay clear of the Forrest... Well the cakes they have there anyway

Thanks guys,

I'm very happy to be a member of this site. All other diet forums are severely wrong, they just say things like "Eat more meat and less carbs....blah blah blah....and you'll loose heaps of weight....blah blah blah." I'm just sick of all of that ridiculous nonsense.

 

Buy yay! Than I found this site! Soooo happy now!GO VEGANISM!
