Hello there. (Portland, OR)

So I must confess that I am not entirely Vegan. I'm a vegetarian, but most days out of the year I'm Vegan, cause I don't like eggs or milk. I realize that egg is an ingredient in a lot of foods, but I don't really care for those either.

 

So anyway, I do eat cheese occasionally, so I guess I'm not %100 Vegan. Yet.

 

Been lifting etc. somewhat consistently for a few years now. There have been times when I fell off the wagon for a long time, but I always end back on. Currently on. Plan to stay that way now that I have room for weights etc.

 

Thanks for the forum, and I look forward to learning more about exercise/nutrition.
