Stripping down and avoiding the carb load

This is Nyla here.

 

I am still so new to a vegan plan and finding that my tissue is hard to tighten up with all the carb loading that accompanies my getting the protein in. I don't want to be married to meals in a cup because I don't believe in it but I am having a challenge in getting the protein in to gain some mass in the spots that I need to fill in for next season.

 

 

I also needed to know what one does when they are needing to strip down for a show. (strip the fat off)

 

Lastly, I usually use Beverly Intl supplements which have always done me well but even with that stack, since going vegan my recovery time sucks not to mention I feel like an old man. I never had that problem before.

 

Any feedback would be grand
